Welcome to KevinGCook.com! My name is Kevin, and I am the founder of Radical Authentic Worship. For the last two years I had the awesome opportunity to work with several worship leaders and songwriters to record and release a live worship album. I also had the privilege to train and develop a number of high school students in worship leading and lead worship at a number of great events.
Now my wife, Nicole, and I are pursuing our seminary education at Asbury Theological Seminary. As we progress in our studies of theology, philosophy, biblical languages and exegesis, church history and tradition, and of course worship, I have decided to move my online presence from the RAW website to a personal blog. I have been incredibly blessed to see an average of 8,000 readers a month reading the RAW website, and I would like to continue to write and share my insights in theology, worship, and the Christian life with all of my online readers.
Here I will include the archive of worship teachings from the old Radical Authentic Worship website, and begin adding new content in theology and worship. I’ve been learning a lot about worship and theology at Asbury Theological Seminary, and I hope you join me at as I continue to write and share from my study and experience!

I certainly thought Hillary Clinton would win and I'd be serving as a peacemaker to disgruntled conservatives considering rebellion. But perhaps even moreso, I am absolutely shocked and appalled at how Christians... continue

We've all been witnesses to the catastrophic nightmare we call a presidential election this year. I've had and observed several conversations about religion and politics over the past couple months. I've noticed a growing cynicism toward government and politics, especially among Millennials and Christians, who literally feel stuck with this year's... continue
